1. Self attested xerox copy of Madhyamik admit card
2. Self attested xerox copy of Madhyamik marksheet
3. Self attested xerox copy of Higher Secondary marksheet
4. Self attested xerox copy of Caste certificate (if any)
5. Self attested xerox copy of Physically Handicapped certificate (if any)
6. Two copies of recent passport sized coloured photograph

Please carry the original documents with you for verification at the Anubhab office.
